Water Heaters
All water heaters are not created equal. We offer energy efficient water heaters and most often made by Rheem or State.
Drain Repair
Drain repair is any form of a drip or leak under a sink or your house. Most often its is hard to know you need this repair until major damage has been done. Keep an eye on your plumbing and save yourself some money by calling us early.
Fauctes
Anything hat turns water on or off is a faucet. We repair, maintain and replace all brands. When replacement is necessary we recommend three main manufacturers Delta, Moen, and Kohler. If you would like to pick out your faucet please visit our supplier Doc Savage Supply.
Air Heaters
Forced Air Furnaces, Boilers, Floor or Wall Heaters, Space Heaters, Radiant Tube and Solar are most of what we work on.
We are a Bryant Select Dealer and opt to install mostly Bryant heaters but we also install others such as Slant Fin boilers. Contact us for more information.
Refrigeration
We repair, maintain and replace all forms of cooling units, residential and commercial units including chillers, freezers, A/C’s. If or when the unit is no longer in working condition then we install Bryant Systems. The cost depends on the size and quantity of the units.
Evaporative Cooling
Also known as Swamp cooling. We offer yearly servicing of the cooling and heating systems called a seasonal change over. We inspect, sweep, change pads, oil motors and clear debris from the diverter. We also repair them when they quit unexpectedly through out the season.
We try our best to repair what you already have. The only time we recommend replacement is when a part is no longer manufactured and changing the fixture is the only solution, or repairing the fixture will actually cost more than the replacement.
We also realize that sometimes people just WANT something new. It’s old and ugly or outdated and we change it.
